Catalina Langlitz has been riding bulls competitively since the age of
10, when her bull-fighting father encouraged her to give it a try.
Over the next decade and a half, Catalina has gone on to win many
competitions, including the 2021 WBRO World Champion, the 2022
Women’s Champion at Bulls on the Beach in Port Bolivar UPRA, the
Women’s Champion at Eastland UPRA 2022, and the Women’s Champion
at Henrietta UPRA Clay County Pioneer Reunion 2023.

Growing up in Salado, Texas, Catalina developed a love of animals from
a young age and went on to earn her associate’s degree at Blinn
College. Now, she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in animal science
and works as an equine veterinary technician for Dr. T’s Equine
Clinic and at Elgin Veterinary Hospital, where she also runs
anesthesia during surgeries.

In her spare time, she loves riding her childhood horse Chey,
breakaway roping and hiking with her loyal companion Cano.
